One of my responsibilities while at Target was creating and coordinating bi-monthly contests for Cashiers in ALL Target stores nationally to compete for prizes by asking for, and obtaining, the most credit applications. These were the first contests of their kind and they continue in a similar format to this day. This helped Target Financial Services see huge growth from 2004 - 2006.
