I recently traveled to Senegal, in West Africa, to visit my best friend. She has been in the Peace Corps for two years, living and working in a small village in central Senegal with no running water or electricity. We spent my 12 days in country visiting both her village and a variety of more tourist-friendly locations. These photos are of the more beautiful moments of my trip.
