BAKED WOOD COLORS
Baked wood colors is a color palette. It came out as a result of wood experiments I was making. I baked different types of wooden veneers at different temperatures. It resulted with a change of colors: the higher the temperature the darker the color.
Thermal modification of wood is a process that increases durability of wood. It must be done in a controlled environment, at a controlled time, temperature and humidity. What I did in the oven would rather harm the wood, but it showed the visual aspect: a range of colors that we achieve by modyfying wood with temperature.
