Photojournalism | Noah's Ark CARES

In 2014, I took a photojournalism module taught by Singapore-based photographer Tay Kay Chin

For my final assignment, I did a photo story on Noah's Ark CARES, an animal sanctuary located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, founded by Singaporean Raymund Wee. Noah's Ark houses hundreds of dogs and cats, dozens of horses, a few monkeys, and one boar.
Dogs frolic in the man-made lake at the animal sanctuary.
Clement, a regular Noah's Ark volunteer, is greeted by some of the dogs. One of the dogs is three-legged; there are a few cases of such dogs there.

The boar is temporarily housed in a kennel for dogs that have been deemed unsuitable to roam around the sanctuary.
At Noah's Ark CARES, the dogs roam free across the acres of grass -- their dream.
