I was listening to Type O Negative's song Black No.1 just as I was finishing this, and figured Black was actually the perfect name for this darker themed goth portrait.
I see her as being in love with the dark. A warrior and a survivor who conquers her enemies, and unrelentingly demands her freedom at all costs.
The darkness in her pale eyes emphasizes the exotic nature of her beauty, and the moodiness in her piercing gaze holds the viewer in a trance. She pulls her pursuers into her mysterious world. A realm of shadows. A black escape from which there is no return.
