The Bee is the first finished toy of my personal toys project.

I always loved to do model kits, and when I started to do 3d models I've been dreaming from years to move 3d polygons to real plastic.

Finally I bought my own 3d printer, and I have some projects of limited series on the road, but I needed to finish one and test some aspects of the process.

That was the origin of The Bee, a 1 of 1 limited art toy, my own tribute to those shot'em up and bullet hell videogames that I love to play, from pop'n twin bee to aero fighters, those crazy videogames that make your brain think as fast as you can.

I did the cg character from scratch, just testing some cg tools new features and remembering those cute bastards that can throw bombs and kills everything on screen.
