It's is my first really professional work in the City Planning and the Architecture in all. The Project was starts in 2008. During this time had been finishing sketch, propose of investment and project planning. In 2009 the project was frozen by reason of financial troubles.
Indeed the project was awarded 3th place in annual review competition of The Regional Architecture Associate.
