IAT 235 Final Project: Craigslist Responsive Redesign

Craigslist is a network of classified ads websites for urban communities. Despite Craigslist’s popularity, its user experience (which has remained largely unchanged since the site’s creation) has been criticized by members of the web design community for lacking visual appeal, poor use of screen space, and ineffective navigation.

My partner, Kristy Sun, and I were tasked with redesigning a section of Craigslist, focusing on the use cases of searching for an item and posting an item. Using HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript, we redesigned the For Sale section, viewable at: http://www.sfu.ca/~ngmandyn/iat235/proj3/.

The site is able to adapt to various browser sizes, from desktop to mobile and everything in between.
