Bar - Café - Dining
This project is to create a Bar-Cafe-Restaurant in Sydney, reflects the lifestyle of Saigon under French colonization. For willingness, it aims to reach four standards to sell qualified French-influenced-Vietnamese food in an classic-elegant Ambience brought by the atmostphere of Saigon at the time French colonization was staying in its most prosperous period.
The project is not about bringing out the sign of French Colony and cultural influence but also to represent Saigon - the second city of Vietnam which is specially named “La Perle de L’Orient” (Pearl of the Far East) for its the precious elegance.
The brand name for this project, first, since the settings are in Sydney, its name is expected to achieve making sense in meaning and not difficult to pronoun, second, need to clearly introduce what the product stands for in order to reflect the brand values. The final difficult step is how to make it achiving the original French café, patisserier or bar signage look as well as bring out the Elegance and Precision of Saigon at the time of French Colonization. It is the way Chau was born.
