An anti-smoking campaign was launched during the holy month of Ramadan, where Muslims practice one of the five pillars of Islam, fasting. Smoking is religiously forbidden during fasting. The campaign was going internally and targeted fasting smokers. Usually they get a bit nervous because they'd be craving for a cigarette at work but can't smoke it. They expression "la tenfakh" is purely Saudi. It literally means "don't blow". But here it has a double meaning. First is "don't smoke" which is a direct message. Second is "Don't be nervous". In Saudi culture, Saudis use this term when someone starts getting angry.
