GoodTimes is the name of a fictitious bilingual travel magazine. Basically, I needed to make the cover, the summary and two articles for it.
I was given document size, margins, gutter and baseline grid values. I also had photographs, advertisements and wording. The cover had to have headlines for the two main articles.
The magazine logo was made by me. For the cover I used 2 typefaces and 3 variations. For the content I used 2 typefaces and 6 variations. I decided to put portuguese on even pages and english on odd ones. The text was left aligned with big uppercase paragraph introductions. The images were just cropped: big backgrounds with small photos to help vocalizing the text.
