The account section of the old foodlion.com needed a total reboot. I worked with several teams to research best website account section practices and packaged it up into wireframes detailing an account portal (rather than just a page). I then led a team of graphic designers to create full PSD designs for each page of the portal (though the account homepage is the only one featured in this entry). Next came writing business requirements and serving as product owner and lead UAT tester to ensure that the portal, and it's complicated user specific backend technology requirements, were executed properly.
