    While working for Roche I was asked to join Phelix team to provide UX help in creation of mobile version of existing desktop app. Main challenge was posed by HUGE amounts of data (10k+) that were to be displayed. To make things event trickier, all data entries were interconnected, and all the connections had to be maintained in mobile version. Project was conducted using SCRUM ad Agile methodology in multinational team. It required not only close cooperation with developers, but also deep understanding of business goals and frequent video calls to make sure things are heading the right way. The end result was delivered ahead of deadline and gathered a lot of praise both from business unit and end-users. Read Less

It all started with oldschool pen and paper application map
Then the app flow was created
Rough sketches helped to make sure, if UX and Business needs are on the same track
Then lo-fi prototypes were prepared
Design evolved over time
Blue color indicated informative elements; orange meant interactive ones
Splash Screen
Design covered every situation, down to network notifications. Nothing was left for guessing.
Final Look and Feel
