You Are Welcome Campaign was created to bring awareness as to who was the Host First Nation to the 2015's Pan Am Games in Toronto. The campaign was fully intergraded with social media as well as limited edition prepaid MasterCards. The Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation were the Hosts of the Pan Am Games and they were proud to say so. You Are Welcome title was created to not only tell the attendees and the locals of Toronto that they ARE WELCOME, but that we have also thanked them for their sacrifices they have made, and appreciate them for all they are. 

As a welcoming gesture to their homeland, was the idea of sharing food. This was the initial thought to the food truck that gave out free traditional Native cuisine and to share and post to social media. This was a huge success. Overall creating 50 million total impressions with traditional advertising and digital. 

Once the logo was approved and set in stone, the campaign just took off. From digital design, to print design and even some video production, the campaign was all over the city. The strategy behind the ads was to get people to notice us and to want to know more. The website was our main hub, with Instagram, Facebook and Twitter as our call outs as well, analytics showed us that people were interested! With the Pam Am Games visitors as a primary target market we strategically throughout our mapping. Targeting travellers as soon as they arrive to the city in airports, then following with taxi tops ads, streetcar ads and wrap, bus shelter ads, Go Train Ads, On the Go ad placement, Metro news ad placement and billboards. It was almost impossible to escape us!
