UFO is a modular-built furniture system with applications out of the ordinary.
The system consists of leg, seat, back, table top and armrest – units which can be combined into a vast number of configurations. The system is built quite individually and can form long, linear rows, internal and external circles, curves and tete-a-tete arrangements etc. You can make arrangements with or without back and armrest – or a combination of these - by means of which the system can be built as benches or as a combination of benches and sofas. Table-top units can be integrated in any place of the arrangement.
You can mount UFO along walls, freely on the floor or around pedestals. The number of seats is unlimited.
UFO is suitable for large resting/waiting areas, foyers, airports, lounge areas, restaurants, museums and galleries where it will form its own room. It would as well be an exciting setting of meeting and working situations.
Due to its armrests as well as the seat height and depth UFO is an obvious choice for users at all ages, young as well as elderly. The system is thus also suitable for the furnishing of rest and nursing homes + hospitals.
It is simple, stable and easy to clean.
The modules are to be assembled on site and are easy to disassemble in case of rearrangement or refurnishing. In the end of the product’s life cycle it is easy to separate and to sort out in preparation for disposal and recycling.
