This was the second part of the Sense of Place project. I had to design an artist book based off of the Marina Jack. My concept was Discrete Wealth. It was to show that when you see the people down at Marina Jack, the only way you can tell they are wealthy is by their boats. They don't show off their wealth by the clothes they wear, or the way they act. The black cover is to show the idea of being normal, and when you open the book, the way the images and type are treated, shows luxury.
