Just like my Philippe Apeloig poster project, this was a project where the intention was to design media which would be handed out at a hypothetical event taking place at the SCAD Trustees Theater. This is an even earlier project, one of the first assignments I was given after switching my major to Graphic Design. We were given a graphic designer at random, and had to design a leave-behind informational booklet, a mailer/postcard, and promotional poster as if that designer was going to be speaking at an event at SCAD. I was lucky enough to be assigned to design my work in the spirit of legendary designer Paul Rand, and although this was one of my first graphic design assignments, it remains one of my personal favorites. Below I've included a few examples of Rand's work, to give an idea of the influence it had on my own creative process.

Below are, in order, the mailer/postcard, front and back covers of the booklet/leave-behind, and the promotional poster. I have the inside pages of the booklet somewhere, but in terms of design and content they aren't particularly insteresting, so I chose not to include them.
