Together with writer Jason Sivewright, we are "loosely and deliciously" basing a 21 book series (1 book for every chapter of the Gospel of John).  We're starting, of course, with book one, "The Sugar Walks."  

 

In the first story, we are introduced to a land that has forgotten who the Sugar Lion is and has become rotten as a result.  But the Sugar Lion has returned, and with each step of his paw, goodness -- sweet, sweet goodness -- springs up from the ground bringing flavor back to the land that had forgotten what it was created to be!

 

To make this unique and beautiful work come to life, we as a team are looking to raise funds to finish the illustration through kickstarter.  (We're a third of the way there already!)
