Karolis Strautniekas - Forbes Japan

Forbes Japan

Karolis Strautniekas illustrated editorial art about Behavioural Economics for Forbes Japan’s 14th issue.

At the beginning of July, Forbes Japan contacted Folio seeking out Karolis Strautniekas and his sophisticated artwork to develop a series of illustrations illuminating the heavy and science-based topic of Behavioural Economics.
Though the content was packed with hard to understand jargon, Karolis distilled the meaning and lessons from each subsection and created four visual interpretations that symbolise the content of the articles.

Karolis’s digital illustrations are thought-provoking yet also relaxing; the colours and texture do not overwhelm the reader who is trying to process perhaps difficult-to-understand ideas. A palette of peach and blue provide relief to the mind and eye, yet continue to propel the meaning of the articles. Find images below to see for yourself!
