Vitalkost has developed a series of new dietary supplements in an already crowded category of such products. The concept of Shift is to stimulate the market to have a critical attitude to such products, the lack of information and transparency, lack of honesty and tangible benefits. All Shift products will individually challenge their own subcategories and challenge the established. Eg Omega 3 and the total absence of information about where the raw materials come from, transport and quality. The name SHIFT should reinforce the feeling that the consumer should change brand, given that SHIFT is an refined product.

The most important communication area for SHIFT is the packaging and labeling, shop and store-employees. QR-code forms the basis of transparency and access to information and documentation, and laid the foundation for the graphic design. The whole category is relatively predictable with a idealistic and natural approach in packaging development, and for that reason a lot of "brown". It was time to challenge the product category.
