This beer pays homage to the Holgate family and Paul Holgate's Dad, whose biking exploits of 1950s England & his risk taking spirit live on in this  Helles-style house-beer. This identity, developed for Norton Lager, took its shape from the old hand-painted number plate mounted on the front guard. The illustration was based on an old photograph of Paul's parents sitting on a Norton motorcycle.
