Performed a thorough SWOT Analysis, engaged in research groups and discussed and analyzed effectiveness of current strategies for the brand. Collaborated with the marketing and design team to brainstorm solutions to re-positioning the brand in consumers’ minds, discussed methods of increasing stimuli in the environment to create more awareness, and influence action. By creating a unique Integrated Marketing Campaign that repositioned the brand as more appealing through a “re-freshening" look with brighter colors and trendy artwork that is consistent across the River Valley Church brand umbrella, an increase of communication mediums in non-traditional channels and endorsements, we achieved dramatic results.
