As an independent project for my letterpress class, I chose to do some typographic experiments to create some interesting characters. Playing around with the many drawers of type, examining newfound shapes in positive and negative spaces, and incorporating styles of type that traditionally wouldn't go together into the pieces was the most fun for me.
