These are two dishes, created from the Colombian gastronomy, the first one is inspired on typical plates of Santander and the second one on a astonishing known product from Santander; cacaos fruit. These reflects what Santander gastronomy is. In addition these shows a diferent way to present it, and diferent textures that you can find only in one dish.
