he building is organized by a unique volum that gathers the whole program and starts in the closest houses, becoming also a new facade to the main road of the town. In order to break this volume there are some movements either in plant and in height, that also coincide with the changes in the program.

From the centre of the plot, the building helps to distinguish two public spaces with different character. There is one soft and green part which is lower that the level of the street, giving to the park more privacy. The other space is harder, like a square and it is where the weekly market will take place.
The permeability of the ground floor becomes once more an important part of the proposal, breaking the impediment that the road is nowadays and improving the connection between the town and the fields.

Regardin to the small dwellings, no bigger than 40m2, they are located in the upper stories of the building and have a common design, gathering as many parts of the apartment as possible, such as the living room and the sleeping room, facing the outside, and keeping the kitchen an the bathroom more in the inner part.
