Every Christmas the spot light always shines on the Santa Claus and his deliveries. However to push forward the event the elves working behind the scene should not be forgotten. The logistic center as the home to all the Christmas presents is a celebration to the working elves, the people working for the happiness of people.
The project acts as a logistics center for Christmas present deliveries as well as a visitor center for the tourists. The building plan adopts a circular form and planning to improve the publicity and circulation of traffic for the site layout and architecture, for the public and the workers. Considering the adverse weather it would be facing during the harsh winter, design is needed to cater for the environmental concerns also .
