I was asked to create a new brand for a sales and lettings agency. The brief was pretty open, but they liked the idea of incorporating an animal in the brand. I chose a bird to symbolise flying home etc and the client liked the concept so I ran with it.

 

It was then decided they would use 2 versions of the bird, one for lettings, and one for sales. They wanted a modern and contemporary brand that felt ahead of the competition.

 

Overall the branding came out really nice, and although I'm not sure were the agency went after I was finished, I was happy with the work I had done.
