Briefly about the steps.
My designs are always start from hand sketches where the vehicle is outlined in most descriptive position. The raw lines of the sketch are scanned or most likely photographed with iPhone and cleaned in Photoshop or Sketchbook Pro. Next step is to clean up the surfaces and define the overall shapes, later small details and parting lines are added. Background and colour patches are defined at the very end.
