I have more than 20 years of experience as a graphic designer and desktop publisher with expertise in a wide range of graphics, page layout, and word processing software. I work closely with customers, communications directors, marketing staff, marketing director, editors, technical writers, and proposal managers in producing a wide range of documents for trade shows (fact sheets, brochures, posters, animations, other marketing materials), corporate events (presentations, signs, nametags), marketing (advertisements, brochures, collateral materials, email templates, web site review and graphics), corporate support (presentations, invitations, web sites, photo correction and manipulation, graphics, illustrations, logos, business cards, mail merges), contract support (graphics, briefings, report covers, custom templates), publishing (book layout, manuals, book covers, illustrations, white papers, interactive PDFs) and proposals (executive summary, graphics, tables, formatting, custom themes, covers, web sites, templates). I have also performed proofreading and editing on proposal materials.
 
I provided graphic and presentation support to top executives involving highly sensitive and proprietary company information.  I assisted in developing tracking systems, submission guidelines, and life-cycle processes for graphics, production, and proposal departments. I help create standard procedures for production groups and have created and updated digital asset libraries and archives. I designed corporate and other client-facing web sites and browser-based archives of commonly used proposal graphics. I also adapted the print versions of various manuals to web versions using Dreamweaver, HTML, and CSS.
 
I have been involved in the development and implementation of SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics sites used by corporate business development and proposal teams. I was entirely responsible for creating an internal-facing SharePoint site marketing and digital assets available to company employees and a similar site containing digital assets specific to the proposal team (resumes, proposal section library, graphics, etc.). I developed a system for tracking GWAC opportunities in SharePoint, which was later migrated to Dynamics. I reviewed all corporate GWAC opportunities and made sure they were entered and tracked in the online system and that business development personnel were kept informed of opportunities of interest.
 
I assisted in developing, writing, and implementing multiple corporate branding campaigns, as well as informing, instructing, and assisting others in the use of new branding standards and materials.  I developed materials for training others in Word and PowerPoint and taught several classes.
