ProArt newspaper is a social edition, a civic initiative, modern project, it’s task is to create a platform of communication in the sphere of culture, to highlight expert reviews, to deliver professional criticism and to enlight iconic cultural events in the city of Kharkiv and Ukraine. Established in 2012 and distributed free of charge. In 2014 we we redesigned the newspaper. In addition to a new logo and layout, each new issue is published with our special cover design.
