由阿里巴巴集團 - 天貓 UED 無線端基礎架構組負責，與互動設計師 Luki Wu 合作維護天貓交易流程的介面設計與優化，包含正向交易(購物車, 下單, 訂單, 預約, 物流)，逆向交易(退款, 退貨, 投訴)等頁面。
Redesign and maintain the user interface of Tmall mobile application and web‘s shopping and purchase process with my co-worker Luki Wu(Interaction Designer), include the shopping cart, orders list, refunds and returns features, feedback function, payment system…etc.
