Brochure and poster for the exhibition Fred Sandback: Sculpture and Works on Paper.
Solution
The works of Fred Sandback have a fragile (yarn) yet sharp quality to them, challenging visitors with the conception of space. This fragility of 'breaking' the art was translated by the typographic treatment and placement of the artist's name on the brochure. In addition we designed a poster telling students to not touch the art. 'Being touched by art: good. Touching art: bad.'
