    Nike is… well… No need to introduce it, right? Let’s say that among millions of event they propose yearly all over the world, on 2015 they decided to focus on women that love running, everywhere.We were asked by London agency Exposure to design and produce the limited edition invitation for the 10k Women Marathon that took place in London last June 21st.They wanted the invitation to speak by itself, with a passion for minimalism that we strongly encouraged and they really appreciated. There’s a very subtle, minimal, hierarchy, that from closed envelope to opened invitation says: Who: Nike, paired with the special wing logo for the We Run event What: invitation to the 10K marathon, among several all around the world When: on June 21st 2015 Where: you can’t miss London skyline, obtained by opening the kirigami invitation From rough tests to final delivery of packed invitations we literally flew on magic carpets.We designed the skyline, tested the mechanism of the six different foldable layers, laser cut all the invitations, applied golden foil for architecture details and texts, hand mounted one by one each kirigami to its cover. To obtain a perfect balance between design complexity, visual appearence, matter feeling, paper weight, invitation size and overall stability for an object to be mailed. Did you get one? Read Less

Let’s say that among millions of event they propose yearly all over the world,
on 2015 they decided to focus on women that love running, everywhere.
 
We were asked by London agency Exposure to design and produce the limited edition invitation for the 10k Women Marathon that took place in London last June 21st.
 
They wanted the invitation to speak by itself, with a passion for minimalism that we strongly encouraged and they really appreciated. There’s a very subtle, minimal, hierarchy, that from closed envelope to opened invitation says:
 
   Who: Nike, paired with the special wing logo for the We Run event
   What: invitation to the 10K marathon, among several all around the world
   When: on June 21st 2015
   Where: you can’t miss London skyline, obtained by opening the kirigami invitation
 
From rough tests to final delivery of packed invitations we literally flew on magic carpets.
