    UX Lead for Audible Japan

I was tasked as the Lead UX Designer to bring Audible's new service to a new market place, Japan. 
 
After researching, I discovered the Japanese customer is very different from a US customer. Since a large consumer base are ex-pats, the UX needed to balance both cultures to sell them on the new service.
