Heffernans Travel branding
The student is to rebrand a local retail shop/store and apply the brand across a number of suitable applications. The store can be of your own choosing but should present an opportunity to revisit its core values and branding strategy.
Initial Sketches & Concept:
On route to solving the corporate rebrand, I first set about discovering the ethos, company values, history and functions. After much research on the company, the recurring moods and characteristics that stood out were words such as experience, pride, dependability and professionalism.It seemed that the eagle would be an appropriate metaphor for the ethos trying to be conveyed. It was decided that the logo would be approached in a slightly traditional and professional way, whilst also maintaining a fluid look to the symbol.
