Brand development and utilising bespoke artwork were the key aspects of this collaboration project with RoobieDoo. Design Difference created the layout and a scene before bringing in RoobieDoo to add a creative spark by developing the flower mugs.
In a setting such as this, brand awareness is crucial for the survival of cafes and restaurants. This tea and coffee (hence Leaf & Bean) cafe has been kept clean with good line of sight to the featured walls which portray bespoke wall art that defines the brand. Neutral colours balance the matte deep orange to keep your eye moving around the scene.
Maintaining the brand outside is just as important. Utilising the large front exterior area in this instance would be vital to attracting foot traffic. We intentionally left the ground floor absent of clutter on the windows for potential customers to be able to look directly into the shop and see the large branding on the back wall, while on the upper floor added more of the bespoke artwork as well as the logo to emphasise the brand.
From this angle you are able to see more of the view out from the cafe, the feel of the scene with the long lighting chords complementing the long stalks of the wall art flowers as well as the height of the scene.
Looking from the feature art wall, this view provides the best view of the stairs and counter. Together for ease of use for the staff and to make sure the walkways throughout the scene do not interfere too much with the seated customers.
