Video mapping installtion which tells the story of the restaurant. The project is a part of IDEA workshop held at the University of Arts in Brighton, UK.  The project was highly acclaimed.

Cooking is all about telling a story. Behind each ingredient in a dish is a character, hidden below layers of smell, texture and taste. Silo has especially great stories to tell: about conscientious farmers, re-usable materials and local ingredients that generate no waste.
FoodNarratives creates a unique experience, as it invites customers to explore the network of people, materials and secrets that compose the DNA of Silo.
