We have worked closely with the Afren IR and Communications team for a number of years as they have grown from AIM to Main Market listing on the FTSE 250.
Since being quoted on AIM, Afren have had a clear strategy for progression which they have delivered against year-on-year.
In line with this, we have implemented further levels of disclosure across every Annual Report with last year’s 2012 reporting suite winning the Investor Relations Society Best Practice Awards 2013 for the Most effective overall annual report – print and online FTSE 250.
The 2013 Annual Report and Accounts has continued to execute improved integrated reporting practices, aligning with the new BIS requirements, best practice recommendations and Corporate Governance Code updates.
The scope of our work ranges from initial consultancy and best practice recommendations through to design, copy editing, photography, print and fulfilment.
As with the 2012 report, our 2013 reporting suite includes both the printed report and a fully mobile optimised online report.
