The Business Innovation Kit (BIK) is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance. The BIK’s product development involved the following activities:
1) Product redesign —in terms of usability, production and shipping costs reduction—. Based on usability testing, we discovered a need to rethink the BIK. With an A6 format, the playground turned into modular cards, making possible to expand the physical limitation of the kit's playground to larger surfaces encouraging, this way, live interaction and commitment among participants.

2) Editorial coordination and layout of the German, English, Spanish and Polish versions. Copy editing for the texts in Spanish.
3) BIK’s brand positioning through: a) the creation of the Facebook Page in English and Spanish, bringing as a result customers from different countries, affecting the brand’s recognition in a positive way; b) presentation at the Technical University of Berlin, and c) workshop planning and development.
