This was a very playful project in cooperation with Geocell engineering LLC (http://www.geocellengineering.com/). Inventor of this geocell system wanted us to find some new ways of its use - in architecture, design, art. I transformed a little bit the basic shape by multiplying number of polyethylene belts. The space between belts (cells) can be filled with polyurethane foam and both the belt and the cells can be dyed. The result is a collection of a street benches and chairs and also a bike stand. All of them playful, colorful, giving a new life to grey streets...
