A house, to him, is never just an object to be bought and sold: it is an extension of the self, a stage on which life’s drama is played, a frame for beautiful moments. When Guerra came to Ander Group, our conversations and market analysis told us it was time to separate the business from the portfolio: to embody in a consistent identity the values of service, exclusivity, and local expertise in a region that includes outstanding jewels of modern and traditional architecture.
The key opens a way to new life in a new space. Starting with this image, we created a visual language that extends across media, complementing the design of Guerra’s properties.
