Logo "Kakovost Univerze v Ljubljani" was made for the design contest "Quality of University of Ljubljana". Biggest quality that University has is its knowledge to educate students and prepare them for solving problems and gaining achievements in their life. The sign is visual mixture of book (knowledge), letter E (for education) and a flag (achievements). 

Color scale is taken from existing visual identity of the University of Ljubljana. 
I used Sentinel typefaces from Hoefler & Co.
