How-To
1. Divide a square into radial segments in order to yield perfect black radial beams as shown below.
2. Then rotate the square 45 degrees and make an alignment of the same.
3. Fit to the first row another alignment of squares that has been mirrored.

3. Fit to the first row another alignment of squares that has been mirrored.
Continue the steps 2 and 3 above until you obtain a large enough pattern, as shown below. Eventually, when you shift your gaze around this pattern the small dots appear to sparkle!
If we rotate each square of the pattern around its central point, new amazing patterns are created!
