While working on the interior of Socle, I did not take the classical understanding of American diner as a basis on purpose: we put chrome nish, local color surfaces and typical furniture with its simple forms aside, and took the most important thing: the common approach to design and basic colors. In the essence of my idea there is a combination of contrasting materials and textures.
I drew the inspiration in American loft bars and coee shops, where it is assumed not to hide, but to emphasize the geometry
of space, diluting it with contrasting bright colors. Taking the red color as basic, we make reference to the traditional understanding of American Diner of the previous century.
