I recently fell in love with hand-lettering and wanted to take a crack at creating a digitized version of it. I chose one of my all-time favorite books, not movies, Water for Elephants. I chose rich colors since this historical fiction takes place in the 1930's. I referenced circus-style letters for the title and illustrated elements that were symbolic to the book.
