World music photographer covers Africa Oye festival

I covered the UK's best and biggest celebration of African origin music at Africa Oye festival in Liverpool in June 2015. It has been running now for over 20 years, and now is a large outdoor event in the city's Sefton Park attracting 30 000 plus visitors. Musicians and bands travel from all over the world and it is a real showcase of talent, both new and emerging artists, alongside established and famous legends.

I've covered the event for 10 years now and built up a fantastic archive of images of performers, from reggae legends Culture, Macka B, Frankie Paul, Freddie McGregor, Marcia Griffiths and Misty in Roots. To more contemporary African bands and artists like Mokoomba, Modou Toure, Sarabi, Amkoullel and Fatoumata Diawara.

In the near future I'm building an online archive of all my world music photography and I'll come back to Behance and this post and update everyone with the URL
