This project was to track every property for sale or sold in the UK and then provide products and services for estate agents, land registry, land banks and house buyers. The project was done at The Digital Property Group in Soho in London. My roles were Project Manager/Product Owner and UX Consultant until their in house UX and Visual Design team became available. This was the first implimentation of Agile Scrum in the company and the first working version of the product (with dummy data) was delivered in .NET in 6 weeks. During the project Google Maps 2.0 became available so we were able to additional quirky features to the mapping function based upon the research work from the Innovation team in Brighton.
