Cristina worked mainly on the concept design for the new restaurant through sketches and 3D models. She also worked on the production of information for tender and construction and helped the project architect with several tasks on site.

Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens, one of London's most fashionable young chefs, owns this eco-friendly fish restaurant called Tom's Place. The venue is located in the trendy Chelsea neighbourhood and spreads over two floors, with a 30-cover dining room on the first floor and a takeaway section on the ground floor.
BCA fully created and designed the restaurant’s concept including lighting, tables, trays, uniforms and signage. The practice was also responsible for refurbishing and completing the construction in an extremely derelict building under strict planning constraints. The Interiors feature eco-friendly and contemporary materials, including recycled takeaway packaging and cutlery. Within a 55-minute documentary playing on plasma screens throughout the restaurant, Aikens explains the process of sourcing suppliers .
