This project came to me as mostly built on the back-end, but the customer facing visual design did not perform well in user testing. I was brought in to help redesign many parts of the customer facing user experience as well as to design new areas of the site.

Under the guidance of an Art Director, I used an established color palette and graphics set to design the user experience on multiple areas of the site.
Featured below is the Meetings module. It was a place that a user could schedule online meetings amongst members of their family or a group of other users. The meeting could happen in real time or over the course of a period of time set by the user. This first state is empty of any meetings. It's what a user would see if they land on this section for the first time.

This is the same module but if an active meeting was taking place.
CALENDAR MODULE »
This section of the site was to function much like any calendar program, where a user could place events on the calendar to keep track of family or group happenings. It would easily sync up with other parts of the site, including the Meeting module.
