Back when I worked at the Mayors office in Kongsvinger, we where set on making people move back. We did a lot of stunts and such to bring as much PR as possible to our little town. 

Luckily for us we have some famous people living here, like Levi Henriksen, who's a well known author, but also a rocker. Their music was about our town and about living there, so we put our heads together and created "This is where were from" - a website that promoted both the town, the band and their album.
